Please put one word on the Subject Line: membership
Membership Notes:

A newly formed Intern Company takes "class" on a periodic basis, much like a dance company does. Our Board of non-actors is raising the funds for our full productions, while the "Company Classes" are partly paid for by member dollars. We are not a membership company in the traditional sense; but

Professional coaching and the company classes are discounted to members; and NO QUALIFIED ACTOR WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS; - If you are on public assistance and we do not have an "acting intern" position suitable for you, we will create one!

How It Works . . .

Acting members present qualified material for feedback and critique on a regular basis. All material must be prepared with the assistance of our coaching staff. (See the 'NEWS' items for samples of recent events.)

Members must audition for suitable roles in upcoming productions and workshops.

Attendance at most Special company classes is optional; however you must attend at least one Technical class and at least two Stagecraft classes per year. The "Stage Management" class is entirely optional, but since it is highly discounted to members and is usually a sell-out to outsiders, you are urged to reserve space early. Future classes and seminars are also planned in: Stage Dynamics; Audition Techniques; Voice Control; The Actor's SuperEgo; Directing for Workshop Theatre; and others suggested by the membership.
